Collection: Leandroïd
Leandro Saiombo Moons, also known as Leandroïd, was born in 1996 in Luanda. A multifaceted artist, he moves seamlessly between painting and music, weaving bridges between image and sound, between precision and instinct. His artistic journey began in 2015 at the Institut Saint-Luc, where he sharpened his vision, absorbing the legacy of the old masters—Da Vinci, Caravaggio, the Flemish Primitives—while allowing music to reshape the contours of his imagination.
In the shadows of clubs and underground scenes, he sculpts the ephemeral in beats and rhythms, shaping the atmosphere as much as he shapes the canvas. A DJ, painter, and a key member of the rap group Sosa Fame, he infuses his art with the tension of the streets and the elegance of centuries past.
His vision, twisted by the strange, perceives the world through a singular prism. One foot in tradition, the other in rebellion, he paints visions where humans and machines merge, where light carves through darkness with surgical precision. His art is a cry, a suspended question, a journey on the edge of reality.
Leandroïd does not merely exist in the world. He reinvents it.
